1. Service Description

SeamlessRead ("the Service") transforms French-language books into bilingual French-English readers with inline translations, grammar annotations, and pedagogical notes. The Service is provided by MicroSaaS Labs.

2. Acceptable Use

Generated bilingual editions are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or sublicense any generated book or its contents.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any book you upload. The Service does not verify copyright ownership of uploaded files.

3. Intellectual Property

The original text of any book you upload remains the property of its copyright holder. SeamlessRead does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Translations, annotations, and grammar notes generated by the Service are AI-generated content provided as part of the Service. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the generated book.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Telegram Stars. Prices are displayed before you confirm payment. If the Service fails to deliver your book after payment, a refund will be issued automatically where possible.

Refunds for successfully delivered books are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. AI-Generated Content

Translations and annotations are produced by AI language models using a multi-stage quality pipeline that includes verification at each step. While the system catches the vast majority of issues, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is a language learning aid, not a certified translation service. If you encounter any inaccuracies, please let us know through the feedback form.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MicroSaaS Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
