1. License Grant

When you purchase a bilingual book through SeamlessRead, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the generated book for your own private language learning purposes.

This license covers the translations, annotations, grammar notes, and formatting produced by the Service. It does not transfer any rights to the original source text.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or publicly post any generated book
• Resell or sublicense generated books or their contents
• Remove, alter, or attempt to circumvent the digital watermark
• Use generated content for commercial purposes
• Claim authorship of AI-generated translations or annotations

3. Copyright

The copyright of the original source text remains with its rightful owner. SeamlessRead does not claim ownership of any uploaded content.

Translations and annotations are AI-generated content provided as part of the Service. They are licensed to you under the terms above, not sold.

4. Termination

This license is effective as long as you comply with its terms. If you violate any restriction — including unauthorized redistribution — the license terminates automatically. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the generated book.
