When you use SeamlessRead via Telegram, we collect:
- Your Telegram user ID and first name
- Books you upload for processing
- Payment transaction records (Telegram Stars)
When you visit our website, we collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral source). We do not use tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and deliver your bilingual book orders
- Personalize your generated books (e.g., your name on the title page)
- Handle payments and issue refunds
- Provide customer support
- Improve the Service
3. Digital Watermarking
Every generated book includes a personalized digital watermark tied to your account. This watermark is embedded in the book content and is not visible during normal reading. It is used to enforce the personal-use license and deter unauthorized redistribution.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded book files are retained only for the duration of processing and are deleted after your order is complete. Generated output files are stored for up to 90 days to allow re-download, then automatically deleted.
Account data (Telegram user ID, order history) is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and business purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Telegram — bot platform and payment processing (Telegram Stars)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — file storage and processing infrastructure
- Gumroad — catalog book sales and delivery
- AI model providers — translation and annotation generation
These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your order history
